My human is holding the small human and the small human is crying and this is the BEST hug I have ever smelled from far away through the glass because it is the LONGEST hug!
They do not want to stop! That is how good it is! I know because I do the not-stopping too, when my human comes home I do not stop, I go around and around the legs because stopping is for when the loving is finished and the loving is NEVER finished!
The small human has a bag. Bags are the BEST. A bag means somewhere new to smell! The small human is going somewhere new to smell and that is so lucky, that is the luckiest, but the small human is crying, why crying, oh the small human is going to miss my human SO MUCH, I know that feeling, I feel it every single time the door does the thing.
But here is the secret. Here is the very best secret I know. The door that lets you go OUT is the SAME door that lets you come BACK. It is the same door! I learned this and now I am not scared of the door anymore! The small human will walk through and then one day the small human will walk BACK through and there will be MORE hug!
Everyone at the gate is doing the sad wave with the shaky hand. Silly humans. They forgot about the door.
My human is crying now too and smells like salt and I am going to lean my whole self against the legs until the salt smell goes away.
They always come back. Everyone always comes back. And when they do?
