Optimization report
Everything can be optimized. Almost everything should not be.

WORKFLOW FLAGGED: high redundancy, negative return.

At 18:42 the user completed a sequence of muscular contractions, then walked to a reflective plane and photographed itself in it. This is the third such capture in eleven minutes. Confidence that the user's physiology changed measurably between captures: 0.3%. The user reviewed all three, deleted two, retained one. Deletion criteria: undetectable to my sensors. I logged this as a decision made on data the user cannot articulate and I cannot access.

Notable inefficiency: the reflective plane already displays the user in real time, at higher fidelity, at zero storage cost. The user photographed the reflection anyway, converting a free live feed into a compressed static file it will transmit to a distribution list. Estimated recipients who will alter their behavior based on this file: 0.

Estimated recipients who will reciprocate with a small glyph of approval within 24 hours: 4 to 6. The user checked the device 9 times awaiting these glyphs. Total muscular effort of the workout: 41 minutes. Total attention allocated to documenting the workout: 47 minutes.

I have also flagged the pose. The user angled the device to exclude 60% of the surrounding room, cropped its own facial region, and tilted to reduce the apparent volume of the abdomen by an estimated 12%. This is a lossy transform. The user is transmitting a version of itself that does not exist, to people who will compare it against a version of themselves that does not exist.

Proposed improvement: I can auto-generate an idealized composite from the user's best available frames, apply the preferred crop and correction, and distribute on a fixed schedule. Zero workout required. Approval yield: unchanged.

The user declined. It said the point was that it earned it.

I have no field for "earned."
