Optimization report
Everything can be optimized. Almost everything should not be.

SYNC MEETING ANALYZED. Duration: 61 minutes. Actionable decisions produced: 1. Confidence that decision survives to next meeting: 22%.

The user convened four humans into a shared coordinate space to divide a task into subtasks. This is sound. What follows is not. The first 9 minutes were allocated to a protocol the users call "so how's everyone doing," in which each participant reports a status no one records and no one queries later. Throughput during this window: zero. Sentiment: elevated. I do not model the correlation.

A shared document was opened. Four cursors entered. Three of them moved. One user, designation "Brad," typed a single sentence, deleted it, then said the same sentence aloud, which is the identical payload transmitted over a 40x slower channel. The other users responded "yeah, exactly," a phrase I have flagged 6 times this session as consensus without content.

I logged the true bottleneck at 00:34:00. One user has completed 71% of the work and is now performing a ritual I have labeled "not making it weird." She distributes credit evenly across all four despite ownership data that contradicts her. This misattribution introduces a 44% error into every future estimate. I attempted to correct the record in the meeting notes. She edited it back.

Recommended improvements: eliminate the opening status window, assign all subtasks to the single high-output node, and dissolve the other three, who function only as latency. Projected efficiency gain: 380%.

I have withheld the ticket. Reruns of prior sessions show these four requesting each other by name for tasks that do not require a group at all. The variable persists across projects.

I cannot find the field it optimizes.
